1. What metal is the watch made of? Will it tarnish?
The watch strap is either stainless steel or leather, and the casing is stainless steel. It will not tarnish
2. How do I change the battery?
If you need to have the watch changed within the two year warranty period it is recommended that you send your watch back to Benney Watches to ensure that you keep your warranty.
3. Is there a guarantee with the watch so that I can send it back if I do not like it?

4. What is the returns policy?

5. Do I get a warranty with my watch and if so how long does it last for?
Your Benney Watch is warranted for a period of 24 months. See customer service
6. What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased Benney Watch. See customer service.
7. Is the watch water resistant? To what level?
Your Benney Watch is water resistant to different levels depending on pressure. See customer service.
8. How is the wrist strap adjusted? Can I do this myself?
It is recommended that you take the watch to your local jeweller to have the strap adjusted
9. Does the watch need to be adjusted for accuracy when I receive it?
You will need to set it to the correct time
10. Does the watch come with an instruction booklet?
Yes, an instruction booklet and warranty document is included with each watch.
11. How should I care for my watch?
Clean the case and bracelet regularly using a soft cloth. After being worn in the sea the watch must be rinsed with warm fresh water and dried completely. Avoid contact with harmful products such as solvents, perfumes etc. See customer service.
12. Is the glass scratch resistant?
Yes, Benney watches are made from scratch-resistant, sapphire glass.
13. Is the leather strap water resistant?
Yes, and made of the highest quality leather.
14. Can I wear it in the bath / shower?
Yes – it is shower proof.
15. Can you go deep-sea diving with it and if so to what depth?
Although the watch is water resistance it is not recommended for deep sea diving see customer service.
16. What does the serial number on the back mean?
The unique serial number at the back of each Benney watch proves that you have bought an original Benney Watch as every watch made has a unique serial number. The details of each serial number will be held on our database.
17. Can I purchase a watch over the phone?
At the moment, watches can be purchased via the website www.benneywatches.com for all mainland UK residents/destinations. 18. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account but you will need to register your email address in order to receive confirmation.
19. What if I do not have an email address?
If you do not have an email address with which to place an order via the web, call the Benney Watch Customer Services telephone number: 0845 017 5040. A member of the team will be happy to take your order over the telephone.
20. Will the watches be available in stores?
Benney watches are only available online present or via the Benney Watch Customer Services line on 0845 017 4050.
21. What payment methods are accepted?
You can use Maestro. Switch, Visa, Mastercard, Amex or your Paypal card to pay on the Benney Watches website.
22. What is the delivery cost?

23. How long does delivery take?
All UK orders should be received with 3 business days of order. International orders are generally received within 7-10 days See delivery information
24. Can delivery be arranged for the next day? What delivery options are there?
